Developed by Team McLaren Special Operations Division (MSO) in collaboration with the designer of the McLaren Formula 1 team, Peter Stevens, the 650S Le Mans can be visually distinguished by the air intake mounted on the vehicle roof. It has the purpose of channeling the flow of air to the engine, while the front fenders bear subtle shades that increase downforce.
